    Meatloaf?

I am not sure if meatloaf is a induction food or not, but I have been trying to find a way to still incorporate it into my diet. Does anyone have a good reciepe? I was thinking of using pork rinds instead of crackers or bread crumbs to mix, but what do I do about the ketchup?

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

Crushed pork rinds are a good substitute for bread crumbs not only for a filling, but also for a coating.

As for the ketchup, there are recipes on the web for low carb ketchups and on this board (I think the "other" section or do a search).
