Sorry to put it like that, I saw a post you had for induction eggplant recipe, but no recipe there could you let me know this. I have been wanting to make egg plant but have no clue what to do with it.

Why don't you try doing a search (It has a magnifying glass symbol) and type in Eggplant, see if it comes up that way.
