Cocoa is easier and cheaper for me to get. Do you have recipes for cheesecake, brownies, cakes or other desserts? I sure would like to try them. I'm on induction but my husband is further along.

check out the dessert section of the recipe board and check the cooking lesson section you should find it all.

I did check the board and most the recipes call for unsweetened chocolate. Unsweetened cooking chocolate doesn't exist in France. Even the higher quality dark chocolate has sugar added.
