I have an Atkins cookbook from when they still made the Quick Cuisine Bake Mix. Has anyone figured out how to make it from scratch? Or a similar bake mix with relatively equal carbs? I would rather make my own since I don't like grocery shopping on-line....Ouch, the shipping!
