Got a favorite? I'm looking for one that would be good to dip fried veggies in. Like parmesean coated fried mushrooms etc.

My portions are small for the purposes of portion control, but they can be increased as needed. The last dipping sauce is for OWL and beyond.
"Honey" Dijon
Sugar substitute equivalent of 1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon bland oil
Mix together.
Better than Chinese-restaurant style mustard
1 tablespoon Coleman's English Mustard powder
water
Mix the mustard powder with enough water to form a paste.
Garlic-Vinegar
4 garlic cloves, mashed
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
sugar substitute equivalent of 1/8 cup sugar
1-3 tablespoons water
Mix together. Allow to sit at least 1 hour before serving to let the garlic flavor develop.
Quick Sweet & Sour
1 tablespoon Low Carb Ketchup
1 Tablespoon sugar free apricot preserves
Mix together until well combined.~Megs~

for a watery sauce
soy ginger and wasabi is good you just mix it to taste
for a creamy I love just adding flavors like, garlic and rosemary, wasabi and chile lime to mayo or sour cream
I also like a mint chutney and that is fresh mint, jalepeno and lime juice in a blender to taste again...
and horseradish and sour cream...
eggplant dip or hummous and use it as well....
