    Milk rice... with cauliflower?

I was wondering... is it possible to make faux milk rice using cauliflower and cream/milk? Anyone who tried it?

Is milk rice like rice pudding? If so, a few years ago I came across a faux rice pudding recipe using cauliflower. It wasn't bad....but it wasn't good either. The cauliflower had too much of a vegetable taste that didn't go well with the sweetness at all. It might have been the recipe, but unless I was crazy-desparate for rice pudding....it wasn't something I would try again.

Yes, same thing as rice pudding. I guess I'll stick to eating it with butter then.
      Thanks for the input!
