    cube steak ideas?

    Hi everyone- I have several cube steaks left from a side of beef-- I've never cooked them before!! Any ideas? the simpler the better! Thanks in advance- this is my first day BACK on Atkins... hopefully I won't cave in to the carbs this go around!

      I use to coat cube steaks with egg then through crushed crackers and fry them...now I coat them with egg and dredge them through crushed pork rinds (regular or Bar-B-Que flavor). Fry them slowly until they are browned on both sides and top with a few chives or put green onion slices on top.

          I've used cube steaks to make fajitas before. LC fajitas are ofcourse just the meat, spices, onions, and peppers. Try it on a salad! Yum!
