I thought I saw somewhere on the site a recipe for pudding using the sugar free kind but what to make it with milk is not on the diet can I use heavy cream? any Help will be deeply appreciated thanks

Atkins says you can thin your cream ration out to make milk with water. This is what I would try. If not try replace milk with soy milk. Less carbs and it's high in fiber. -
