    Gravy?

    Anyone out there have a gravy recepie that is acceptable for low carb??

    Hi, you can thicken your gravy a number of ways.

    Add heavy cream to your pan drippings, boil it and let it reduce by a 1/4 to a half in volume.

    You can buy Thick-Not-Thin a low carb thickener.

    I haven't tried this yet so I can't confirm whether or not it would work, but there's a fiber supplement called "Benefiber". It is essentially guar gum, which is used as a thickener in some products. The Benefiber people claim that it is non-thickening, however I read on another low carb forum that someone used it to thicken a sauce or a drink.
