It has been a long time since I have been on ATKINS but oddly enough I still eat a lot of the foods that I used to while observing this WOL such as the mock cheese danish, the salmon steak, artichoke, veggie salsa dish just to name a few. I know that once I get back on track I will have no problem with it since I still eat a lot of the induction items in moderation as stated in the induction rules. I just don't follow the rules lol.
