recipe and shopping lists online?

Anyone know of an online web site where you can store your favourite low carb recipes and make up automatic shopping lists based on the ingredients in those favorite recipes?

I'm going to try www.recipezaar.com.

I know this is pretty late in replying but I use www.atkins.com. I haven't heard to many people talking about how great it is so I'm thinking they recently revamped the website so only newer members see all that there is to offer.
