    Hi Everyone!

    I was just wanting to know your experiences with Almond Flour. Does it taste close to regular flour. I'm looking to use it for baking. I tried the Atkins Bake Mix and did not like that at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    I have gotten so many recipes from there! They are wonderful!
    Almond flour is ground blanched almonds, it does not have the same flavor, it is richer. Most recipes call for 1/2 almond flour, 1/2 soy protein powder. For rise, you will need to use Wheat Protein Isolate or Vital Wheat Gluten. VWG you can get at the store, WPI you need to order on-line.
