Im still in induction, and so far its going well, all im eating is protein and veg/salads. I have no desire to eat any other carbs at all besides the veg/salads.
The veg im eating tends to be frozen broccoli, cauliflower that I simply steam.
I wanted to eat more fish, so bought many varieties of frozen fish pieces/fillets/steaks that come in a bag of 5-10. I have steamed these straight from frozen but its so dry and bland. I then have tried frying with some fish seasoning (only found 1 without sugar) but again its not tasty and i dont have variety either.
Please can you suggest how best to eat these frozen fish please, without any carbs/sugars, or alcohol (wine, etc) thank you.
