Bread N Butter Pickles

Would some one have a bread n butter pickle recipe that I could make and that would be good for the induction phase of atkins?

I want to make pickles to night and would love a recipe if any one has one.

no recipe but I did see some sugar free ones made with splenda at the grocery store tonight.
