At Atkins.com, there is a recipe for something called Apricot Cloud
"Apricot Cloud
10 NET CARBS
Nuritional Information: Net Carbs: 10 Protein: 1.5 Fiber: 1.5 Fat: 22 Calories: 247 Servings: 6 Prep Time: 0:05:00 Marinate Time: 0:00:00 Cook Time: 0:00:00 Chill Time: 1:00:00
1 1/2 cups heavy cream 2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute 1 cup no-sugar-added apricot baby food 1 cup no-sugar-added mixed-fruit baby food
Directions: With an electric mixer on medium, beat cream and sugar substitute until medium-firm peaks form. Fold in baby food. Divide among dessert glasses. Chill at least 1 hour before serving."
Now, my question is: can I dilute this mixture a little and add just a teensy bit of psyllium? I'm worried about not taking psyllium without water in case it does the exact opposite of what its supposed to do.
Any ideas?
