Pumpkin recipes

I am looking for ideas of how to use pumpkin.
I think I saw one recipe that was just pumpkin and a few other ingredients so it would be kinda like a pumpkin pudding I think.
I have found the pumpkin spice muffins but am looking for other ideas.
