I'm trying to come up with a recipe for popsycles using DaVinci syrups. I've tried just mixing the syrup with water but when it freezes, the syrup seems to concentrate at the top. Any ideas?

Freeze in a block, then toss in the food processor or blender and turn into ice mush. Then freeze it again solid. That should distribute things a little more evenly.Originally posted by mikeysmom
You may also want to experiment with adding a small amount of unflavored gelatin to the water with the syrup before freezing to see if that changes the distribution any.
