Here you go hon,Chicken Qorma Recipe - Pakistani Main Course Chicken/Bird Dish - Fauzia's Pakistani Recipes - The Extraordinary Taste Of Pakistan
as you are on atkins use 250grms of peeled tomatoes instaed of 500grms yougart.And that coconut is optional too.
