    O.K., I give up!

I have searched and searched for the "milk" recipe that one of the delightful moderators posted in a thread that I was participating on. I remember it called for low fat powdered milk and heavy cream, and that the carbs were, what, less than 3? But I can't find it! I got the powdered milk yesterday and wanted to make some! Help me out here, please!!

Oops! You're right, wrong group! Sorry!! But I did find it and now want to know what you all think of the recipe. I am on Rung 3.

      Homemade Low Carb Milk

      One cup:

1-2 Tbs. of heavy cream (depending on how creamy you want it)
1 1/3 Tbs. of instant dry milk
      1 cup of cold water
      sprinkle of salt
tiny sprinkle of splenda (if you want)

Just put the ingredients in and shake it up. Refrigerate.

Calories 65 if 1 Tbs. of cream is used, 110 if 2 Tbs. of cream is used
5 grams of fat / 10 grams of fat

Maybe you could also say who created this recipe.

Tell me how it works out if you make it. I am always interested in exploring new things.

I make it all the time now, instead of spending the $$$ on Calories Countdown. It's a good sub. I don't drink it straight, but I use it in my protein shakes and in any other recipes that call for milk. I give it a
