  • Italian/Almond cream recipe in DANDR 2002 - help

    Hi all - I loaned out my DANDR book and am leaving for vacation before I will get it back. I'd like to make the Italian/Almond cream recipe in the back while I am away and was wondering if anyone could give me the list of ingredients with the measurements (it's a very short list!!)

    I know how to prepare it so I don't need those instructions. I just can't remember all of the ingredients.

    1 envelope gelatin
    2 cups heavy cream
    8 packets of sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp almond extract

      Mmmmm....sounds like a panna cotta. LOVE those. Hey, I'll be able to have that again in my future. The real kind. In my low cal/low fat past, I tried making it with skim milk. Not good...at all.

        This recipe is delicious, BTW, and I highly recommend it. It's very easy to make, which means that even I, a kitchen disaster, cannot screw it up, LOL!!
