induction friendly flax meal or flax seed recipes.

i have a lot of flax seed meal and a lot of flax seeds that are sitting in my kitchen cupboard, but i dont know what to do with it. im looking for some yummy recipes that i can make with it and i am also in my first week of induction. help!

I make the parmesean flax crackers all the time..I add a little more parmesean and I also add what ever spices I'm in the mood for. I like them with homemade pimeto cheese or just sliced cheese.
