I wanted some good ones for thanksgiving ......anything

Also a really good pumpkin pie or pumpkin cheesecake recipe? I was hoping to make them in muffin tins so that I can portion control it. Induction friendly or I shoudl be on OWL 2 or 3 by then. that's 4 weeks from now.
