I place my eggs in cold water and bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer for twenty minutes.
Drain and then run cold water over them for a couple of minutes to cool.
While still warm, crack shells all over then roll between my hands under running water and the shell will come right off.
I store them in zip lock bags in the fridge.
