I got a great deal on pork butt roast yesterday and couldn't pass it up!
Normally, I would put it in the slow cooker with lots of stuff that is not induction safe, and make an even LESS induction safe gravy!
Soooo does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do with it? The roast is HUGE (8+ lbs) so I plan on cutting it into smaller pieces so I can freeze some.
DH and I are on induction, so it must be induction friendly.
