    chicken parm??? induction

    Is there any way I can make chicken parm in the induction phase. I have fresh mozzarella, and tomato puree <-- is this allowed?

    any pointers, and please include the net carbs =) thank you thank you

    I'm italian and this diet is working but I miss my gravy (pasta sauce)

    Yes.

    As long as there's no added sugar, yes.

    Have you read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002)?

    Net carbs is total carbs minus fiber.

      Linda's version of chicken parmesean is a staple dish in our house!

        In the Main Dishes Forum, I posted a recipe from the Washington Post newspaper called New Chicken "Parm"----it's Induction friendly (but watch the amount of cheese you use. When I tried it, 1 ounce of mozzarrella was too much for the chicken, so I cut it down to maybe 1/2 ounce.)

          I just made the chicken /spinach/parmesan casserole of Linda Sue's on Sunday! It was yummy! It did not have sauce but a topping. My DH who is also doing induction LOVED it and he despises sour cream and mayo!
