I want to use olive oil as my salad dressing. I know people mix it with stuff but I have never done it. I am going to be starting Induction.

If you're new to olive oil, you might want to purchase a "light" tasting oil. Extra virgin olive oil is rather strong.

i mix half olive oil and half vinegar finely chopped chilli peppers and crushed garlic i store this in a bottle and can be used on everything .
