I "SECOND" That suggestion from Atkinsgal---
Definitely to bread chicken. That's all I use it for.
There is a recipe I think from Linda, and she possibly calls them Chicken Nuggets.
I pour a touch of cream over chicken tenderloins in a bowl so that the cheese sticks better, then coat in the parm cheese, and fry in peanut oil and butter. I have not tried baking them yet. SO GOOD!
