Hi all, I "stole" a baby George Foreman Rotisserie from a thrift store last month ($5), and so far I love it. The booklet includes a recipe for a dry rub for the Deli type of Chicken, but I'd like to try something I could "Inject" to help keep it moist. Anyone use an injection needle that can shed some light on ideas? Thanks.

Re: Rotisserie Chicken? Injection Needles?
If yours comes out anything like mine you wont need to inject it with anything. I just make a rub with spices and some olive oil or melted butter and let it cook. As it turns it bastes the meat and mine always comes out nice and moist with a yummy crispy skin.Mini Goals
