I would think they'd be good, as long as you are able to put some liquid in that roaster.

I don't have a crock pot so I boil mine for at least 2 hours in a regular pot on the stove. Then I use LC barbecue sause and either broil or put them on the barbecue. I'm thinking of making my own asian style sause using my brown sugar twin, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and veg oil. So tender!

The only ribs I boil are beef ribs, I boil them in salt water about 45 mins usually, I check them frequently with a fork and when they are really tender I drain them and put them in the fridge to cool. Then throw them on the BBQ w/ lots of sauce, they're delicious.

          I steam my ribs

I steam my ribs for up to 2 hours at a low heat ( 275 F ) before putting them on the grill. You can add sauce or dry rub. The meat will fall off the bone.

To steam I use a turkey pan and add about an inch of liquid to the bottom then tightly cover with aluminum foil.

Hi Tom! Long time no see! Hope your little one is doing well!

Yea, I like to do my babybacks like you do Tom, in the oven with a little bit of water. First I rub them down w/ a dry rub though.
