Well, during my weight training I use nonfat yogurt mixed with whey protein as a shake, but that would be too high in carbs for an Atkins type treat.
The new milk substitute product Carb Countdown might be promising as an ingredient, and of course there's always the prepared Atkins shakes which can be put into the freezer. ThickenThin makes several thickening products that might work well to improve the texture of the shake.
The Atkins shakes have caused stalling in some people's weight loss, so a milkshake should probably be an occasional treat rather than an everyday indulgence.
It's not Induction friendly, but I did use it on Induction when I got braces. Couldn't eat anything and everything soft was chock full of carbs. This one depends on the ingredients you use, but I could make a blenderful last 3-4 days...
Low Carb Chocolate Milkshake
2 scoops of Carb Solutions brand rich chocolate powder
1 tablespoon of creamy, natural peanut butter (in a pinch, you can use any creamy no sugar added peanut butter - check labels!)
1 large egg, or two if treating as a meal replacement
2 heaping tablespoons of fresh Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 - 2 cups of ice
2 cups water (add last, until you get the consistency desired)
1-2 packets Splenda (optional - if you like it sweeter, I like it without)
1/2 packet sugar free cocoa mix (optional - but makes it even chocolatier!, once again...I prefer without)
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for approx 1 min, adding a little water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
It is important to blend it well, so dont skimp on the blending time.

I wish I could say we're all equal, but the truth is Cleo's the cutest.
1/2 cup heavy cream, 2-3 ice cubes, 2 pks splenda, 1 tbsp vanilla extract blend well.....
I have used 1 tbsp of cocoa powder (the unsweetened) in place of the vanilla. I do not know if this is induction friendly or not (hopefully someone can speak up about it) but it makes 1 serving and I really really liked it alot! I too am a shake fiend.....
After two weeks induction adding more cream isn't usually too much of a problem.
I perfere the health benefits of soy so use soymilk and homemade soymilk yogurts. Flavored and blended on high with ice makes nice low carb shakes for my family.
