  • salad veggies help.

I need some ideas to get in the 2 cups from the salad list on induction. I am really sick on salad, cucumbers and peppers. Also it says green peppers on the list and i was wondering if that applies to red and yellow and orange as well? Thanks for helping again!

    Re: salad veggies help.

You can have any kind of peppers.

As for the vegetables on the "salad vegetables" list... they do not have to be eaten as a salad. You can cook them, for example. Megs has some suggestions on her blog:

Also look at linda's page for recipes. Some interesting things to do with jicama and radishes there.

Does your list really say "green peppers"? Mine says just "peppers".

No mine just says green too. Thats why i didn't know. I love red and orange and yellow peppers and I don't like a lot of the salad veggies on the list so I am hoping!!!

Kelly, what's the copyright of your book? Is it 2002?

And if it's 2002, are you looking in Ch. 18 instead of Ch. 11?

I'm just curious which book says "green peppers"... because I never heard of that before.
