    Re: Eggs???

How are you preparing your eggs? I'm asking because that will avoid repeated suggestions for omelettes, scrambled or baked eggs if you are already preparing them that way.

By the way, you don't have to limit yourself to eggs for breakfast. You can eat any type of protein for breakfast. So if you're getting stuck in the eggs-for-breakfast-rut, you might want to eat non-egg proteins.

Thanks! The reason I'm asking for egg recipies is because there is probably about 6 dozen eggs that my mom keeps buying in the fridge right now.

          Re: Eggs???

If you like egg mcmuffins, try making oopsie rolls (you can pour the batter into muffin top pans for perfect buns) to put them in! Each batch of the oopsies or Revolution rolls uses up 3 eggs, and the mcmuffins use up 1 or 2 also.

These crepes, french toast and waffles also use up eggs and are low carb (the waffles incorporate protein powder with lecithin, so they are likely not induction friendly).
