  • Induction Safe Beef Jerky Recipe needed

Hi, Anyone have a beef jerky recipe that they have actually tried & that is safe for Induction?
I have a recipe that is pretty much marinating the beef in a combo of Liquid Some & soy sauce then sprinkly with Tony Chachere's seasoning. I know Liquid Smoke has molasses in it & the seasoning mix doesn't say sugars - it does say "and other ingredients" which could mean sugars.
Anyways, I sure could use a good Induction safe beef jerky recipe!

    Thanks bunches, Jane

I have used http://BeefJerkyRecipes.com as a source for jerky recipes. You can search what seems like millions of recipes several different ways: by meat type, by flavor, and even by your method of preparation. I am sure you will find what you are looking for there. I have even submitted a couple of my own recipes to them.

I hope this helps! Making your own homemade jerky really isnt as hard as people seem to think it is.

If you want to make it sweeter, add some Splenda to the mix. I have done that before and it's pretty good. I don't use much liquid smoke in mine, so I don't think that would be a big factor in the carb count.
