Coconut butter pie

Does anyone have an Atkin's friendly recipe for this? I love the one they had at K&S cafeteria here but I closed...wasn't Atkin's food either..

It should be just raw coconut, splenda or syrup, egg and butter I would think then egg whites with splenda for the merinque (sp)..... Maybe I will try something this weekend and see what happens.

I'm not sure what coconut butter pie is. Do you have a regular (non low carb) version of the recipe?
