Spiced ground turkey rollups with lettuce can be delicious! Use either a good Chinese seasoning blend with a few chopped scallions or some taco seasoning. Don't forget to measure the non meat ingredients carefully for your carb count. You'd be surprised how fast the carbs can add up if you pile on the seasonings. Commercial taco seasoning in particular can have carby fillers, so make up your own with some ancho chile powder, cumin and dried garlic or onion powder.
