There is a very tasty mexican dish I used to eat at several mexican places called 'Shrimp Diablo' or 'Camerones Diablo'. It is basically shrimp sauteed in some sort of red suace that also involves what I believe is butter and cream, so I think it should be atkins friendly, I think the red comes from peppers (it is very spicy). I can't for the life of my figure out what goes into the sauce though. Anyone know how to prepare this recipe?
