  • Omelet?

I have never cooked an omelet, and was wanting a simple recipe for a omelet, and adding to it later.

    Thanks

Omelets are easy. I use a 6' frying pan and mix very well 3 eggs 1 tablespoon water and a little fresh black pepper. Melt butter in pan and poor in eggs. Cook over med heat until they begin to set. Add whatever you want in them. Fold half over top and cook until cooked thru and add ins are warm.
    Add ins
bacon, cheese, ham, vegis, pork roll, sausage, oh forget it you can add anything :nod
    Does this help?

Be sure that the meats you add are precooked prior to putting them in the omelet. I know that is probably very obvious, but my old roommate didn't know that--I watched him put raw bacon and sausage in an omelet once! LOL of course he had to throw it out and start over! LOL
