I tried the fauxtatoes last night for dinner and my husband and I thought they were delicious. I used cauliflower and added the cream cheese, butter and sourcream to them along withsome shredded cheese and salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. They were a good substitute for potatoes. Will do them again. Of course you will need to like cauliflower.
