Request: General Tso's Chicken

Can anyone figure out an induction-safe recipe to imitate this dish.

I have been trying to come up with one also. Love General Tao.
This is what I was thinking (not sure of exact measurments tho)

1) Sub veggie mix for the rice
2) grilled chicken instead of breaded
3) splenda for the sugar in the sauce

There might be a "tao" sauce at your local grocery store. just sub
the sugar and you should be good to go.
