    Hibachi?

There's a new Japanese Hibachi grill in town and I'm curious to try it. Is it safe as long as I say no to rice?

Well if you are sticking with meat and vegetables, that will be fine. But if I were you I would stay away from the sauces they may add.

teriyaki sauce has sugar, and so should be avoided. Wine sauces and oils should be safe, and usually not much sauce is used anyway, so unless you are in the beginning of induction, I wouldn't worry too much as long as you don't gorge.

Many Hibachi places also have a sushi bar, feel free to order Sashimi (sushi without the rice) as that is very atkins friendly.
