I found a wonderful restaurant last night in Washington DC. Cilantro Bistro -- online at http://www.cilantrobistro.com/ -- is a tapas-style restaurant in the Georgetown area of Washington DC. Their menu is online but some of their Induction-friendly tapas pieces that were just outstanding included:
* Shrimp Lejon - tiger shrimp stuffed with horseradish & wrapped in bacon
* Chorizo - spicy chorizo sausage with fresh greens & cilantro sour cream
* Pollo Bravo - skewered spicy chicken breast dipped in Cilantro's hot sauce
* Beef Kabab - skewered marinated beef tenderloin
They also have a caesar salad.
The Shrimp Lejon and the Pollo Bravo were both realy great-tasting and made me completely forget that I'm on a non-majority way of eating.
