Ok, I just heard back from Wingstop and this is the reply....Originally posted by Julie TravisI just emailed them. I'll let you know what I find out.
"Thank you for your interest in our menu items. It is always our goal to satisfy our guests. We have a number of items on our menu, with recipes that are subject to slight changes throughout the year. We do not have the nutritional values calculated for these items. Since we prepare our food fresh to order, the recipe specifications for preparation can vary. Thus, we are unable to provide detailed information regarding the ingredients/nutritional information of our menu items.
We can provide you with the following information regarding our sauces:
There are no carbohydrates in the Hot, Atomic, Cajun, Mild, and Lemon Pepper sauces.
There is no fat in the Hot, Atomic, and Cajun sauces.
Additionally, our Original Hot Sauce has 0g Total Fat, 0g Cholesterol, 140 mg Sodium, 0g Carbohydrates and Sugars and 0g Protein.
Of course, we cook our chicken from a raw state with no added breading.
We hope this information helps. Thanks again for your interest.

This can't be true.
The ingredients have carbs, so the end result can't be 0. The USDA lists hot sauce at 0.08 net carbs per tsp.
If you have enough teaspoons of sauce ... you're getting carbs!J.
