I have often dined at Nando's with my friends and they serve purely grilled chicken, which is great. Mind the sauces though. They also do very delicious salads.

Nandos is great, I loved it even before this WOE. I bought a sauce to have at home and although I cant remember the ingredients I'm sure they were all legal! Bit expensive though... I'd rather just grill my own chicken! -

We have nandos in Melbourne. It's totally awesome for low carbers if you can't be bothered cooking!
Their salads are great! And they give you the dressing in a sachet, they don't pour it on the salad like sooo many places!My ADBB Journal here.Comment
