ahah, so im gonna have band practice, and im doing good for first 3 days of induction, and my band comes in, and one of the players mom bought us all food for our trip to nashville. 2 bags of donuts, a big valentine thing of cupcakes, about 24 total, m&m's krispy kremes, a pizza, and mt dew! I was like ugh you freak, about 3 hours later im like hah i have made it, then i gave in, and felt bad so stopped, but i only ate 5 m&m's, before i was like NO I CAN DO THIS! so, for valentines day, im gonna go to tgi fridays and get something acceptable. btw im new to this board, new to the atkins diet, and just started tuesday. the only worry i have is i have eaten @ waffle house twice just getting a cheese steak omlette. then i read something about IHOP's eggs being mixed w/ flour so i was worried about the waffle house eggs i ate. but hopefully its ok, because i have dropped 5 lb's since tuesday. its funny, i never new water was so good. that was one of my biggest concerns about atkins is beverages. i love to drink, *not alcohol* but in general. i always found myself wiht a pop in my hand, or a gatorade, or milk. now i have learned how great ice tea w/ splenda can be, and just plain ole' water.
