    If and when I eat out, their CPK Club Salad is the way to go. If you're not yet at the starchy veggy rung, just ask to hold the beets.

    Their basil Gorgonzola vinaigrette is sugar free, I've been told, but I like the herb ranch too.

    Orginal Chopped and Chicken Caeser (hold the croutons) are also good too.

    I LOVE CPK ( I even used to work there in college). My favorite salad is the Carmelized Pear and Gorgonzola (minus the pear and nuts). Basically all that leaves is the lettuce, ranch dressing and gorgonzola cheese...hmmm They have the BEST lettuce in their salads.

      I love CPK too... I went there for my birthday dinner last night. My favorite is the Smoked Bacon and Gorgonzola Chopped salad - lettuce, basil, bacon, gorgonzola cheese, jicama, red cabbage, and tomatoes. I get it with ranch dressing and ask them to hold the crispy onions that normally come on top. Yum yum yummy!!!

        The smoked bacon salad is my favorite, too! Yummy, wow! I just love that.
        It makes me not even miss the pizzas...

        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
        what the rungs mean to me:
        rung 1 - more veggies
        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
        rung 4 - berries, melon
        rung 5 - wine -
        rung 6 - beans, hummus
        rung 7 - other fruits
        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
        (on to pre-maintenance)
