Is a Chicken Shwarma Salad a good lunch or dinner choice for Induction phase? I love Greek food and would hope to be able to continue eating it both during and after induction. No more pitas or hummos though.

Hmmm, that dish appears to contain Tahini (made from Soy Nuts, not sure if those count as a regular nut or not off the top of my head) but also Yogurt, which is an induction no-no. So, I'd say none of that during your initial two week induction, should be possible to add it on once in OWL though.

Greek food on the whole is quite good for low carbing, if you avoid the pita, rice, and potatoes.
Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds, not soy nuts. It's fairly low in carbs, around 1-2g per tablespoon, but you should probably wait until the nuts rung of OWL before having it.
Tzatziki, made from yogurt garlic and cucumber, is probably also a no-no for induction. Afterward it's probably fine, and also contains about 1g per tablespoon.
Greek Salad is great for induction, especially if you go easy on the tomatoes and onions.
