During my two plus years on Atkins and 159 pound loss, I continued to drink black coffee, It's a no no on Atkins, But I had trouble kicking the habit. And thought that by drinking black, I would be fine. Recently I noticed Dunkin Donuts stopped brewing Hazelnut, They now use flavor shots, I checked out their web site to look into the carbs and calories. a 10oz cup of black coffee has 3g's of carbs and 15 calories, The hazelnut/black has 4g's of carbs and 20 calories. To compound my hidden carbs, I was getting a 20oz cup which doubles the carbs and calories.
