I can't say that I have ever gone to an outback steakhouse, but the buffalo wings from most places (eatnpark, ruby tuesdays, tgi fridays) are all about the same and from what I remember, about 4-6 grams of carbs for an appetizer. I would think that anything thats not breaded and on the acceptable foods list is ok - just make sure that you keep in mind that it might be a couple more grams than you would think that it is (did that make sense?).27/f/5'10"

I went to Outback last weekend and had the Shrimp Caesar Salad without croutons. It was great. Haven't tried the wings there. Wings out are scarey, you just never know what's in the sauce. I have had them at Chili's and Friday's because there the carb counts are listed on the menu.First time around: SW272/goal128 Reached goal in 2005

Hooters wing sauce has 0 carbs. It's nothing but butter and seasoning. So you could have Hooters "naked" wings...or just buy their sauce at the g-store and make your own! Or use it as a dip! (Can you tell I love their sauce?)SW = 255
CW = 210
GW = 160 - 170? (12% body fat)
Clean Induction since 3/6/04
