does the original recipe chicken have flour on it? does anyone know how many carbs it is for say a chicken breast or a drumstick?

yes! it does have flour on it! Not sure on the carb count though...check their website or www.calorieking.com -
Yes, all KFC fried chicken has breading, and carb count would be very high. It is not acceptable on any phase of atkins accept for possibly an occasional treat once on LM. Check out the alternate fried chicken ideas in the low-carb cooking area if you would like to have fried chicken with something like breading.
