  • Starbucks?

Does anyone know any starbucks drinks that can be made with sugar-free syrups etc. that can be low carb. I was a starbucks addict before I started Atkins and loved going there before work. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any good Starbucks drinks that are Atkins friendly (decaf of course).

Awesome, that sounds good. Do you know if they have any other flavors of sugar free syrups?

            TIFMORE, YOU ARE MY HERO!

I tried a Venti Iced Heavy Cream Latte with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup today, and it was to die for!

I am in hog heaven!! I found my new favorite drink at Starbucks, second of course to my favorite pre-Atkins Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino.

Thanks for the suggestion! I had one today before work. Boy did I miss Starbucks.

Anyone else have any suggestions for creative low carb Starbucks drinks?

Can anyone tell me if the latte that tifmore is referring to is ok for induction? It sounds really yummy, and I've been trying to figure out what I can have when we go out as a treat. Thanks all

Probably not because you're limited to 2-3 tablespoons of cream per day. You may want to wait until you're out of induction to enjoy this one.

I would say no because of the cream and the SF syrup has aspartame

The SF syrups at Starbucks are made with Splenda.
They are 0 calorie and are perfectly fine.

My new drink at Starbucks is a venti americano with sugar free vanilla syrup and a couple teaspoons of heavy cream. It's really good and really low in carbs! For those of you on induction, it's perfectly legal!

                            What's in a Americano?

And where in AZ are you from??

An Americano is espresso and hot water... kind of equivalent to an "American cup of coffee". But using the sugar free syrup and heavy cream makes it really creamy and good (if you try it, ask for extra syrup... they never put enough in for my liking). I like getting this because it's very low in carbs. A latte made with heavy cream or a breve have too many carbs for me.
